When a vendor signs a rental contract for a space at one of our locations, they will be required to give certain information (such as driver license, address, or email address details) to create a “Vendor File”. This information is used to verify the persons identity through the course of the contract. This information is stored in secure – restricted access – location(s) for the duration of the contract (and retention period). Once the vendor stops using our services, the information is destroyed after 5 years using proper destruction processes defined by law.
Online Employment Applications
When you wish to apply for a position at one of our locations, you can do so via the “careers corner” section of our website. If you submit details, such as resume or cover letter, this is securely transmitted to our internal HR systems where it is stored electronically. This data is encrypted using FIPS.
