Can I still get a paper copy of my closeout or daily sales report?  Because vendors can view their daily sales and closeout information online, we will discontinue printing sales and closeout information in paper form.  Vendors that wish to have a paper copy will be charged $3.00 per report.
What information can I view online?  You can view and print (by pressing CTRL+P on your keyboard while on webpage) the past month of daily sales, and last four closeout period (paycheck) “Totals” information.
Can I change my password? Yes.  Log into your account.  At the top of the screen, you will see a link for DEALER PROFILE.  Click on the link.  Type in your current password and click on GET PROFILE.  Choose your new password. Note:  passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
What should I do If I need a Password Reset?  Please go to the vendor portal at peddlersjunction.org  and follow the instructions on requesting a password reset.
How secure is my data and sales information? No vendor has the same Dealer ID nor same Password in the system.  You can only view your OWN sales and closeout data.
Should I / Must I use a “special” Internet browser to view my data? No.  You can view your online sales with any internet browser on your computer, tablet, or smart phone.
How often can I access my online sales and closeout information?  You can access it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Peddler’s Junction makes the commitment to upload daily sales information once (or more) per day for viewing.
Can I still call to obtain my sales information over the phone? No.  Our Customer Service will direct you to the website to check your sells information.
